📖 What started as a manual… is becoming a movement.

👥 Led by KOM 018 🇷🇸 in partnership with Beyond Borders 🇮🇹, YES 🇧🇬, SDH 🇨🇻, CUFA SA 🇿🇦, and SIWoC 🇹🇿, the Safebook Horizons project will empower youth workers and young people in 6 countries across 2 continents to promote youth safety culture using innovative non-formal education tools.

🎯 What’s the mission?

✔️ Create a new edition of the Safebook manual tailored to youth work in Sub-Saharan Africa

✔️ Train youth workers in 6 key safety areas:

• Peer violence
• Cyberbullying
• Discrimination
• Psychoactive substance abuse
• Reproductive health

✔️ Use concept photography & graphics as tools for safety education

✔️ Build a vibrant network of youth advocates across Europe and Africa

✔️ Raise awareness and influence change in local communities

📅 Project will be implemented from November 2025 to April 2028 in Bulgaria, Cabo Verde, Italy, Serbia, South Africa and Tanzania and is co-funded by the European Union.
