From 17th to 20th March 2026, Niš, Serbia hosted an inspiring Seminar on Online Research on Safety Issues for Young People, bringing together youth workers, activists, peer educators, and volunteers from partner organizations.
During the seminar, participants explored and adopted practical methodologies for researching online safety challenges faced by young people today. Through interactive sessions, group work, and knowledge exchange, they strengthened their skills in data collection, analysis, and youth-centered research approaches.
Beyond learning, this seminar marked the starting point for further action. Equipped with new competences, participants will now carry out research activities in their local communities, contributing to country-based analyses on youth online safety.

В периода от 26 до 29 януари 2026 г. партньорите по проекта се събраха в Прая, Кабо Верде за откриващата среща (Kick-off Meeting) на проекта Safebook Horizons, домакинствана от Social Development Hub (SDH). Срещата събра координаторите на проекта, представители на партньорските организации и всички ключови членове на екипа, за да се синхронизират по оперативните и финансовите аспекти на проекта и да се изгради ясен работен план.

From 26 to 29 January 2026, project partners gathered in Praia, Cabo Verde for the Kick-off Meeting of the Safebook Horizons project, hosted by Social Development Hub (SDH). The meeting brought together project coordinators, partner representatives, and all relevant team members to align on the operational and financial aspects of the project and establish a clear work plan.

Empowering Youth for Equal Success (EYES) project will be implemented by Youth European Society (YES) from Bulgaria in cooperation with Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (KOM 018) from Serbia, Beyond Borders from Italy, COSI from Romania and GO Alive from Greece. EYES project aims to increase awareness, advocate and offer equal employment opportunities for young people, especially young women and girls, youngsters from minorities, rural areas etc., while building the capacities and expertise of youth workers and the organizations and consortium.
Specific objectives: 1) To enhance the employability of young people, especially NEET youth and those from vulnerable groups by providing them with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to succeed in the labor market; 2) To strengthen the capacities of partner organizations and youth workers to continue supporting young people beyond the project’s lifespan; 3) To foster cross-sectoral cooperation and advocacy for improved employment policies by conducting research and producing evidence-based recommendations; 4) To establish local innovation hubs in 5 local communities of partners as part of sustainability strategy. EYES will implement the following main WPs: 1. Project management; 2. Research; 3. Capacity building activities - development of tools of youth workers to work with young people, especially youngsters with fewer opportunities; 4. Communication and advocacy activities. EYES will be done through a complementary approach with the support of all partners, using non-formal education and aiming practice-based learning, with activities in Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Romania and Serbia in the period of 24 months, from 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2027. EYES project is financed by the EU.

В този епизод на подкаста „Мисия: Младеж“ говорим с Теди – млад човек, който не чака някой друг да свърши работата вместо него.

Разговор за:
• малките действия, които водят до реална промяна
• защо активността започва на местно ниво
• как изглежда ангажираността извън социалните мрежи
• какво означава да поемеш отговорност към общността си

Проект „Мисия: Младеж“ с договор № 25-00-28/09.09.2025 г. се реализира с финансовата подкрепа на Министерството на младежта и спорта по Националната програма за изпълнение на младежки дейности по чл. 10а от Закона за хазарта (2023–2025)

В рамките на проект "Мисия: Младеж" реализирахме и

В рамките на проект "Мисия: Младеж" реализирахме и 5 еднодневни младежки работилници – с участници от всяка от целевите общини: Благоевград, Разлог, Банско, Сандански и Гоце Делчев.

👥 Участие взеха над 100 младжежи от различни възрастови групи. Всички участници получиха сертификат за участие.

🧠 Работилниците бяха фокусирани върху ключови теми:
– гражданско участие и доброволчество
– младежка инициатива и лидерство
– социална ангажираност и културна чувствителност
– борба с дезинформацията и отговорно онлайн поведение
– защита на човешките права и равенство

👩‍🏫 В провеждането се включиха както екипът на проекта, така и обучени младежки работници, преминали тренировъчния курс, което осигури последователност и качество на методологиите.

⏱️ Всяка работилница включваше интерактивни методи – работа по казуси, групови задачи, дискусии и планиране на лични и групови инициативи, последвани от рефлексия и обратна връзка.

➡️ Тези работилници дадоха възможност на младите хора да изразят позиция, да мислят критично и да планират собствено участие в обществения живот.

В рамките на проект "Мисия: Младеж" реализирахме и

В рамките на проект "Мисия: Младеж" реализирахме интензивен 3-дневен обучителен курс в гр. Благоевград, насочен към пилотно прилагане, тестване и адаптиране на работилниците, които ще бъдат включени в обучителния наръчник на проекта.

👥 30 млади хора (15–29 г.) от Благоевград, Разлог, Банско, Сандански и Гоце Делчев работиха в три възрастови групи, с фокус върху:
– младежи без предишен опит в подобни обучения
– участници от уязвими групи
– млади хора с мотивация за гражданска и обществена активност

🧠 В рамките на 18 учебни часа участниците преминаха през практически работилници по:
– гражданска активност и доброволчество
– работа в екип и лидерство
– ефективна комуникация
– планиране на социални инициативи
– местно участие и работа с институции
– използване на дигитални инструменти за младежка изява

👩‍🏫 Всяка група работи с фасилитатор, а целият процес беше наблюдаван и анализиран от експерт, който събра конкретна обратна връзка от участниците – основа за подобряване и финализиране на методологиите в наръчника.

➡️ Това обучение не беше „просто още един курс“, а реален тест в реална среда – с млади хора, реални теми и директни изводи.
