Training Toolkit for Youth Workers: Gender Equality and Non-Discrimination

This training toolkit supports youth workers in designing and delivering meaningful, safe and inclusive workshops with young people.

It focuses on understanding the significance of gender equality, recognising stereotypes and discrimination, and using non-formal education to promote respect, tolerance and inclusive communities.

The toolkit was developed within the Colors of Humanity project, implemented in 2023–2024 through activities involving youth workers, boys and young men, parents, teachers and decision-makers.
