The main objective of the course was to familiarize youth workers with social innovation in each of the participating countries, to teach the young people with the methodology that they can use in their work with children, young people and adults. The training course taught all participants how to choose the right method for their work with the different groups. During each training day, young people had the opportunity to share their ideas, which were related to the project theme, as well as many of them related to their future professional development. The last three days of the program were devoted to practical work – the participants had to prepare a workshop which they present to others. The teams were international with gender balance and one representative from each country. The purpose of this was to teach them what is the preparation of a suitable workshop for a particular group of people, how to choose a methodology and how to work in a team. In addition, EMSI – YW was a project that met many young people who would continue to keep in touch and share experiences in the future. The Bulgarian youths were able to present their country and YES properly, and it will surely be a good memory for each of them.
