Volunteers from YES took part in Youth Exchange in Stip, Macedonia (FYROM)

Five volunteers, leaded by our project manager, took part in Youth Exchange in Stip, Macedonia (FYROM) on 12 – 21 August 2018. The YE was third activity under project „Be the change – empowered citizens, empowered communities“, co-financed by Erasmus+ Programme of European Commision.

During the exchange, 50 young people from 10 European countries talked and discussed the issue of civil society and used their creativity to produce materials (photo, video, collages, etc.) to promote the topic in their countries. Participants also had the opportunity to present their country, culture and traditions during organized intercultural dinners.

We all share European values for civil society, the rule of law and democracy. Through the informal education methods used during the exchange, we were able to find out more about the topic and learn about the situation in other countries that are partners in the project.
